A brand new condominium and retail development has broken ground in uptown Denver. The new project will be a five story building featuring 35 condominiums units and 2800 feet of retail space on the ground floor. It will be named Marieta and is currently being constructed at 1717 N. Washington St. near the restaurant Steuben’s Uptown.
According to Denver Business Journal, the Marieta project will offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The starting asking price will be in the low $400,000’s and the complex also features underground parking. The condo/retail complex is being developed by local Denver firm Generation Developers. This will be the first major condominium construction in the uptown area for several years.
Generation Developers is also responsible for several brand new developments all over Denver, including the just recently completed called The Victor in City Park West, which was converted into apartment units during the Covid-19 pandemic.
