Denver-based Rodizio Grill has opened up a brand new Colorado location in the Denver Tech Center, the steakhouse announce.

The Brazilian steakhouse which brands itself as “America’s First Brazilian Steakhouse” first opened up in Littleton in 1995, since then the founder Ivan Utrera has opened up 20 locations in the U.S. This is Colorado’s third Rodizio “churrasco” restaurant and second in the metro area. One is located in the Glass House on Wyncoop and the other in Fort Collins. The brand new location is located near the light rail station on Dry Creek Road and I-25.

Brazilian style restaurants have opened up everywhere since Rodizio emerged in 1995. The restaurants and steakhouses specialize in bringing freshly cooked meats to your table and slice it right there for you. It is on the upper end scale of pricing but is great for business meals and when you’d like to take the family out for a nice dinner.
