Madonna, the legendary pop music star and rock and roll hall of famer, announced through her promoter Live Nation that she will be embarking on a brand new tour. The 2023 arena jaunt entitled The Celebration Tour includes an early stop at Ball Arena on July 25th.
The singer’s latest trek will feature 40 years of hits, meant to celebrate her entire career in music, plus commemorating her early 1980’s emergence onto the scene and how New York played a significant role in her rise. Before this announcement Madonna scrubbed her Instagram account which led to rumors of a forthcoming tour announcement. The tour announcement was accompanies by a Truth or Dare parody video featuring Jack Black and Amy Schumer (above).
This will mark the Queen of Pop’s first appearance in Denver since the 2012 MDNA Tour. An absence of 11 years. In the interim Madonna’s tours have been largely brief and confined to geographical areas of North America. This will be Madonna’s full scale arena tour since that very same trek in 2012. Tickets go on sale for the general public January, 20th at 10am Mountain Time.
